Which deal is best?

I was on o2 18 month contract which I've just cancelled.
I don't use more than 500 texts and I have never reached 100 mins.
Deal I've been offered by Carphone Warehouse
1) 10 a month - 2 yr contract - unlimited texts to any network and 75 mins to any network.
o2 Simplicity deal
1) 15 a month - opportunity to opt out each month - 200 mins any network - 400 texts any network - unlimited o2 to o2 calls.
o2 pay as you go
1) top up 10 a month - o2 give you extra 5 a month free for 6 months - 500 texts (and this is where I am unsure) would 500 texts be inclusive of the 15 a month so that 15 doesn't go down until you make a call? How many mins would 15 last for on pay as you go does anyone know?
I personally think the pay as you go option is the best deal but what do the rest of you think and can anyone tell me if I have understood the last deal right?
