My soon-to-be-ex husband has begun dating his cousin

My husband and I are in the process of getting a divorce and I recently found out that he has been dating his cousin. He says it is okay because they are second cousins. That may be fine for him, but our children are exposed to this and it makes me uncomfortable. The law in our state allows second cousins to date, even marry. I, however, am not comfortable with allowing my children to be exposed to this. I do not know what to do. I know most would think that I am simply bothered by the fact that he is with someone else, but that simply is not true, especially since I am the one that wants the divorce. It is the whole fact that hey are related, they grew up as family, and now my children are having to deal with it. They are old enough to understand that their dad and his cousin are in a relationship. I don't know what to do and could use some advice. Do I have any recourse in this matter?
