didn't paul used to own the Bed and Breakfast (left in by his mum) - so how did patrick end up owning it?

Oh yeah! I forgot about her! Hmmm, think you could be onto something here, bet those pesky producers are hoping everyone had forgotten that! They do stuff like that all the time, you email them ad see what they say.
i actually thought that a few weeks ago when patrick was threatening to throw paul out.

That's a very valid point!!  However, I bet if you asked the BBC they would probably say something to the effect of "Paul had to sell the B & B to his father in order for him to help him with his gambling debts.  We chose not to show this as we felt it would make very boring viewing (deed swapping etc).  The viewer is supposed to assume the exchange has taken place" - or some other equally irritating comment.

Never prepared to admit when they've made a mistake - that's the good ol' beeb for you!

Did Anthony not give his half to his dad before he cleared off round the world?

oh and i don't think anthony got half off his mum, as i remember paul gloating about it (i've got to stop watching this stuff)
