Martha makes her own Potato and Leek soup, whereas Deirdre can only offer the tinned variety.

It was brilliant the way they directed that scene with Deirdre and the tin of soup - the way she shook the condensed soup out and the look on Ken's face. Good Corrie humour.

Ken and Martha would be a good match. Who could blame Ken for leaving Deirdre for her. I have always liked Stephanie Beauchamp. What a beautiful woman she is.
