HURRAH!!! for Noel Edmonds and for what he said about that b****y council and the wounded soldier wanting a bungalow and being denied it. These bureaucratic Pi****ks make me furious. Anyone agree????

I just caught the end of his rant. It looked like he had tears in his eyes. What was the story and what did Noel say? Can I watch it online anywhere?

I know it's repeated during the week but not sure which day.
It was about Planning Permission not being granted for a bungalow to be built for a young serviceman who has lost both his legs in Afghanistan. There are absolutely no objections from the residents of the village and it is hidden behind trees. Even the PM has got involved.
