Yes it will. U.K and Spain both use PAL-system on TV's.

Be careful!  I live in Belgium (also PAL system) but I am informed that a UK TV would not work here because there are different types of PAL.  I was told that a UK TV set would receive sound OR image, but not both at the same time without a second tuner.

Perhaps someone with better knowledge about this will be able to comment.

I think that there was a similar question recently. See if you can find it (go to the home page and search "All Categories".

I should have said, "Search the site".  I just tried this, but I couldn't find the queestion.

Just because they are both PAL doesn't mean that the country's terrestrial TV channels are broadcast across the same frequencies.

Sorry... my bad =) Im always thinking video usage when someone asks about this... You cannot get all the channels with UK set in Spain because there is a good chance your set does not have a VHF tuner since television broadcasting on VHF has been entirely shut down in U.K. and also it might be that even the UHF tuner doesn't cover all the needed frequencies. Safest way is to buy an (universal) external tuner which can convert any signal viewable on to your TV, there are many models in different price ranges. Ask your local dealer.

I found the thread I mentioned above:
