Who's going to win MasterChef?

I like all the finalists, and they've all done incredibly well, but I'd like to see Mat win. He seems such a nice man.

I reckon Matt will win too.... he's definitely got the *creative* edge on the other two.. plus he's impressed them (Toad and Gregg's Pastie) with how well he's developed from foraging for his own dinner up to serving clean plates of food for royalty (staff lol).

I have been voting Matt all the way! Would love to see him win as think he is great, and they way he gets emoitional about things just shows what it means to him!

I too hope that Mat wins, he just seems to be a few steps ahead of the other two. Although, they're all very good.

I am backing Matt too,but I fee (sadly) that "big ego" Andy will win.
I think it's a fix,and that he was a "comeback" contestant from last year for a reason.
All the voiceovers etc seem to over praise Andy,but we wait and see.
I think Matt would be the best one to benefit from winning.

I am completely in agreement. I think that Matt. although still a little rough around the edges, has shown the most improvement and that he has listened to the judges. But I do think. for some strange reason, that Andy will win. Christopher is good but is some way behind the other two. It never seems to be the person I think should win it that does.

I don't want Andy to win, have really warmed to Mat, Christopher is younger and his day will come, they are all brilliant though! Why would anyone want to put themselves under such pressure!!? The old adrenaline rush I guess.

Me and Mrs T&S were starting to think we were the only ones rooting for Matt due to the obvious bias towards Andy. Is it just me, or is Andy really smug? Christopher is not in their league, unfortunately for him.

Really enjoyed it though. Makes you realise just how cr@p earlier contestants (and me to be honest) are!

I saw a tv interview of the three finalists earlier this week and strangely only Andy said he had given up his day job - was this a clue that he had won ??

Totally agree that Mat should be the winner but also agree that Toad and Pasty will pick Andy.

With the exception of last year when James won they never pick the "right" winner imho.

Who remembers that pompous Peter who messed up throughout the semis and final week � not even taking part in some tasks because he was "ill" - but then was handed the title over the much more talented digger driver Dean?

My vote goes for Andy. I think Christopher is too young and inexperienced.
This is a bizarre reason, but I don't like Matt because he's got the same strange eyebrows as my horrid first husband.

I agree about the smugness mentioned above, but then aren't most of the chefs we see on telly smug or arrogant?!

Anyone else think that the �foodies� they have on there, enjoying 3 course meals at (TV Licence payer�s expense!), are the most pompous and supercilious twonks? They might as well be the �nasty� judges on celebrity �reality� gameshows.

saw the first one last night. Got terribly confused coz 2 of the chefs looked the same so I thought it was unfair that he did the starter and the main and the other cahp only got to do the dessert!!

Anyway I like the big guy with fingers like bananas. Seeing him try to delicatelu arrange the moose dessert was a joy to behold.

I have still to watch last night's show so I don't have a clue what happened yet. From the start, I have had a soft spot for Christopher but the concensus seems to be that he won't win but I'd be happy to have him live in.
