I think it's just a confidence thing.

I have the reverse - the more of me that's showing, the less I like it. I only ever wear shorts and short sleeves on holiday, and as for vests and singlet tops - no chance!

She doesnt have a very long neck, not having a v neckline that plunged a bit would make her neck disappear more and make her look fatter. She's just dressing to her shape. I think she's always dressed well according to how big she has been.
