At the start of Can't Stop Moving someone with a liverpool accident introduces Sonny Jay (speaking) and I think it sounds exactly like Stephen Tompkinson but I can't find proof anywhere! Or if I could find proof that it's someone else that would be fine, I just want to know!

Has anyone got any ideas who it is speaking?
