Children's TV - About dreams

There was four or five kids and a dog, they were the heros. (For some reason I think of the kids from Burger King) There was a king who could never get to sleep and his bed was a huge pile of matresses. The 'baddie' was a man who reminds me of hades in hercules. He wore a dark dress thing and talked to his mother on the phone a lot and her lips used to come out of the phone when she got angry. Can anyone remember the name of this? Thank you.
