Strange pirate programme from the 90's

Does anybody remember a programme in the 1990's, probably on CBBC, it was a children's TV programme about a disfunctional family of pirates. I think they had a ship outside their house and there was a grandma(possibly grandma bones??) who was the same woman from The Royle Family. There was also a strange sack-man-thing and a horrid baby!! can anyone remember the name?? because its really bugging me!!!!!

I remember this programme! The name is gonna really bug me though cos it's not coming to me! The old woman pops up everywhere these days!
