Watching the funeral and she said it stopped outside the beauty salon Jade co owned. It didn't. It stopped at the start of Loughton High road, which is nowhere near the salon.

She also going on about them walking to the church from there. Er, sorry, that is Loughton and the funeral is a mile or two away and up a hill. Even running they will never make it by twelve.

I agree. The Sky announcer didnt seem to mention that they were actually in Loughton and her geography was all wrong.
Whilst in Loughton High Rd, she said they were just approaching the church. But the church was about 2 miles away in Buckhurst Hill, with a sizable chunk of Epping Forest in between.

but B) because it is a news station and supposed to be factual - hardly a good indication for how well they report other things is it?

I totally agree with Postdog. Sky News is supposed to be an award winning news station. However if they can get something like this so basically incorrect, you do wonder about the quality of their news reporting.
