Just seen the latest episode (had a busy Easter weekend) and SHOCK! HORROR! Nick Cutter has been killed off!
Douglas Henshall was one of the main reasons for watching. But - was it him or was it the clone who was beginning to show a bit of emotion, but he was blown up - or was he? or is it just desperate wishful thinking on my part?

2) Helen's clone tech leaves the way open for any "dead" characters to come back should the actor/production team want to.
3) It was definitely Cutter who Helen shot at (I was keeping an eye on the jacket), but not definitely Cutter who we saw die (as we didn't see him get shot). It would seem unlikely that the clone got so talkative, though no more unlikely that a lot of the shenanigans in Primeval.
