Did anyone else find last nights episode a bit disturbing? Little boy almost dying, Izzy's ill (is she leaving?) and I was really freaked out at the execution. :os

I had read somewhere that katherine Heigl wanted to leave but i dont no if that was just a rumour or not.I wouldnt say disturbing I thought it showed both sides of the arguement well at the start i agreeded that the boy should have the organs no matter what but in the end I agreeded that you cant think like that either and Shepard was right too good episode I thought.
