Little Blue

Does anyone remember a cartoon called Little Blue? It was about an elephant who lived with his mum. She was a grey elephant and he was blue. He became blue because he 'snapped his mothers fountain pen and broke it in two' covering himself in ink. The fact that he was blue was the crux of the cartoon but the fact that he and his mum were the only elephants living in a terraced house amongst humans was never given a second glance. Did anybody else used to watch this?
