UK Net Guide email about something or other (didn;t read it)

has anyone else had an email from UK Net Guide (who are the same as crystal guides answerbank) I have had a few, all to previous dothawkes ids on here, one even to my dot.hawkes id email, addressed to dot.hawkes, and of course that id is my biggest bone of contention because after 25,000+ replies it was zapped (accidentally on a permanent basis when it was meant to be a suspension)
Why are these now none usable email addresses registered with AB still being used for cold call advertising?

pasta, do you mean you have had a few of the same email but to the present ab id you have and also previously deleted ones? or do you mean just the various emails they send and all to your current one?
I am asking why the old email addys used to register on ab are still active when the ids were zapped.

jno did, maybe you are just being awkward and difficult and quite rude because you just don't like me, this is what i wrote:

I always found Dot Hawkes to be rather jolly.
I've not had those emails, but I do get emails offering me pills that will make my penis 3" bigger (!) and increase my "volume" by 500% (!!!)
Their advertising tag should be ... "You haven't slept in a wet patch until you've slept in one of OUR wet patches" LOL
These come to me, even though my email address includes my name "jayne"
Maybe they think I'll buy them and slip them in someone's coffee, LOL

Dot, when you register each username with AB you provide an email address to validate that new id. Just because the id has been zapped doesn't change the fact that uk netguide have it and will continue to send you emails, one for every email address you used to register here with.

It was better thank you (not as good as JJ's though but lol).
However, my main issue is that I am not over happy that the emails are being used when I cannot use them on AB, that maybe did not come across in my OP.
Anyhew, I have emailed the ed (predictably) and asked why this is happening and hinted that i may be a tad annoyed about it, (in a non aggressive, non patronising, non confrontational way)

carrust I think i would need to be able to sign in with the old id to be able to do that, unless you mean on the actual email, i will go look in the hotmail and see if i can find where to do that, thanks.

If a user name gets banned it's a sure bet that the email address you registered it with will be banned also. That is an AB issue. As for netguide using your address when YOU cant use it to register a new username, you did tick the
