Mis-located genitals

I have a vague recollection of a film in which a character is kicked and falls to the ground, the explanation is that his genitals are in his armpit.......What is the film? We have a feeling it is a star trek/wars moment or some kind of spoof. (or am I going mad!)

i'm going mad too, i THINK it was the first star wars, han solo in bar scene fighting, but no doubt others will have more info!

Something like that happens in star Trek 6, The undiscovered country, Kirk and McCoy are on Rura Pente when kirk gets in a fight and hits the "alien" somewhere but the effect is the same as if it had been in the crown jewels. Another alien (shapeshifter) then says to kirk that "not all species have their genitals in the same place"!
