Help: Do I have a bad spirit in my house

Sorry - didnt know where to post this!
And before you criticise for my word spacing - can I say my space bar on keyboard keeps getting stuck!!!

We have been living in our house now for 3 yrs.Previous owners - v.old man who died (in hospital I think) and his elderly wife who decided she could stay here without him. We bought it..and after 3 years have knocked it down and rebuilding it now.
Now - call me superstitious but the whole house build has had problems... weather, ground, and things going wrong... lots of , what some would call 'bad luck'.

I have always believed you make your own luck... but I have in the past - talked to 'the old man up there' and told him that we live here now and he needs to move on. and that he needs to accept change!!!

IF (and its a big IF) we do have a spirit that is unhappy with us for the changes we have made to what was his home for 40 years - how can I persuade him to move on and to stop bringing us such bad luck...

why are you blaming the old man - isn't it more likely to be his "elderly wife who decided she could stay here without him" - maybe she's decided to stay on with you and you've annoyed her!

I don,t know if this will work, it has on a dozen or more occasions in the past so it it at least worth a try, go on to your computer and type 'Prudentia says you must move on to your allotted place in the afterlife, go now in peace and love!

I think go to a spiritualist church and speak to a medium there.
That's the best place as they are the real deal.
You are probably right as I believe in all that very strongly.
