Which X-Files episode had the scary inbred family that kept the mum under the bed?

They were all deformed and the mother had no arms or legs and was kept under the bed tied to a skateboard or something? It was one of the scariest things I've ever seen and I'm trying to describe it to someone who thinks I've made it up!!

The episode was called "The Peacocks" I think.

The episode was "home", i remember it for the music that played in the car at the start and finish, it sent shivers up my spine!!!
