Does anyone know the title/where to download the waltz in 'Sound of Music' it isn't on the soundtrack. I think it's a traditional Austrian waltz?

If you mean the one that Maria & the Captain dance outide the ballroom during the party, the music is a waltz arrangement of "The Lonely Goatherd", sung in the puppet show sequence.
The dance is called the Landler (with an umlaut over the "a"). There are various results on searching for this but I couldn't see a download at a quick glance. You might have more luck with some more time.
