I find that cretinous butcher's boy unbearable. In real life he'd be shunned as a complete idiot, and the chances of him holding down a job in a shop? I don't think so. I don't know if he's supposed to have introduced a comedic element to Corrie but I wish they'd get rid of him, he drives me nuts!

Well I think he's the funniest character in it at present.
Keep him and get rid of Platt the pratt. And why didn't the ginger keep the stuff in his bag and leg it down the stairs when the old bloke was in the kitchen? Instead he tipped out all the loot and then waited till he came upstairs then ran into him. Even though he was caught red handed surely even the police will know Platt set him up otherwise how would he know how to get in and which house just when Audrey was on holiday?
