best fat burning exercise swinging a weight...?!
5 Answers
hello all,
i hope someone can help me on this one!
on the tv at the moment theres a series called the 'biggest loser' where a group of over weight people are together in competion with one another to lose the most weight to win a cash prize.
theyre doing intensive workouts every day with a personal trainer and one of the exercises they do is swinging a heavy weight up and then down between their legs...its meant to be the best fat burning exercise you can do.
does anyone know any information on this exercise please, and does anyone know how much the weight weighs?
thank you very much :o)

I would agree this tpe of exercise is very good.

Most exercise is good for weight loss, but the lifestyle changes need to be maintained. Alot of people just end up not keeping things up and then end up disappointed.
Kettle Bell type exercise means you can reduce the amount of time you are exercising, because it's more intense than say walking on a Treadmill, Cycling or X Training for an hour
Your new regime could help, along with a healthy eating plan. You should try to do at least 30 minutes of Functional, Compound exercise at least 3 times per week.
