(2) Lots of people use existing tunes to different or new words. This group isn't the first and won't be the last.
(3) Christianity appears to be no barrier to fame and riches. Cliff Richard is a Christian and has earned loads of money over the years. It's said that he does good work with his money, and uses it wisely. Billy Graham was rich and famous too. Having money isn't a barrier to following any religion. The Bible doesn't say Money is the root of all evil; the says the Love of money is the root of all evil.
(4) Anyway, who cares what some wannabe popstars do on a TV programme that's designed to promote controversy? What the programme makers want is people round the country talking about it, as that makes them more advertising revenue in the ad breaks.
