Music used in a TV programme

Does anyone know what was the track played in Barry Norman's Top Ten US film and Top Ten Video Coundown for 1988?
I have been trying to locate this music with no success. I'd be grateful for some help.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately the music on the You Tube video was an earlier version of the programme music for "Film .......". The track I was interested in was a track specifically used on the Top Ten Coundown programme in 1988.

It was a non-commercial piece called "Commuter" by Murray Monro. I asked what it was at the time it was in use on BBC-1 Film '88.
