teacup yorkie/toy yorkies

If you bought a yorkie and you were told it was a teacup yorkie at a petshop and its your first time purchaseing a yorkie how can you tell its a teacup?what should a teacup weigh at 10wks? what would a toy yorkie weigh at 10 wks? I paid $1600- for a teacup and I could of paid $800-900 for toy versions.I just want to make sure I paid for what I wanted,not double for what i wasn't looking for
