Do you think flies know whats going on? There has been a fly in my flat since weekend now and I'm sure it knows I want it dead. It taunts me by crawling on me while I try to sleep and this lunchtime it kept flying around my ear. It only seems to land where I cant hit it to get full impact. like on a glass or on the ceiling.
is it one of those flies that flies around the light fittings in triangles/squares? they are notoriously difficult to get rid of. I would blast him with raid
I used to watch them outside, if there is something hanging like a birdfeeder or some low branches they all fly around underneath them. the abrupt 90 degree turns are supposed to stop them being caught by predators
blue bottles are not as irritating as houseflies, they are quite bright, they aim for a window so they can be easily thrown out. houseflies dither around under the lights
I'd rather have flies than wasps anytime - I'm allergic to wasps and have to carry around one of those Epipens with me. Strange thing is though, even though wasps are annoying, I'm not frightened of them even though they could potentially kill me. I am however scared of spiders any bigger than 5mm. Weird...
we've got the invasion of the jasper foulpests, how is it that they get in through a hole the size of a pin head yet not able to find way out of a hole the size of an elephant
I hate bees and wasps. I ran out of my house at the weekend bent over as I was convinced the wasp was attacking me and looked up to see my neighbour stood looking at me like I was a loony lol!
