I've watched it over and over trying to decipher it! My friend looked up a website that has the full script written out and apparently it just says at that part 'undecipherable whisper' or something similar.

We don't know - and never will. That's the point. What Bob says is for Charlotte only. It's part of what makes the scene so moving.
