pearl jam fans

i have a pearl jam T shirt.but cant identify it.
It shows the sea bed with aoyster shell in the middle opening up and pearl shaped guitar inside with 4 blokes swimming away from it very colorful..and i cant find another one like it can you help Cheers...lto
