Corrie - Ivy Brennan

Years ago when Ivy was in it and her fella, Jack, John?  Brennan I think.  Well I swear I remember her being a ghost and somebody (maybe Audrey or Alma) kept seeing her.  does this sound familiar to anyone?  I was only about 8 when it happened I think.

The storyline does sound familiar, but I think it was Ivy that they brought back as a ghost and Vera was seeing her.  Unless that was a different story altogether.

Yes that's right it was Vera. And Ivy's husband was Don.

So I wasn't imagining it!  And Vera was seeing Ivy as a ghost?  Was she really a ghost though?

She only saw her once and the ghost wasn't shown on TV

I remeber seeing Ivy peering out of some curtains and when Vera pointed her out nobody could see her.  I'm sure it was something along the lines of she wasn't really dead, or they assumed she was dead or something, or Vera was mad.  I don't think it was put down to the fact that it was a ghost or owt.  And Don was drinking a lot and acting funny?  I don't know, it was something like that.

Don was actually Ivy's second husband.  Her first (father of Our Bryan) was called Bert (or Burt).

If I remember correctly she appeared only to Vera (andnot us) as a ghost and Vera called in the priest. If you go to WWW.CSVU.NET and post the question on the guest book someone should be able to tell you. Probably Mike or Terry.
