What's this song - X Factor background - vaguest request ever

I heard a song on X Factor on Sat 29th. It was in the background a couple of times.
It's an RnB ish song. I can't make out the lyrics to google them, but a bit that keeps coming up sounds like "what it is" and another bit sounds like "and I really can't...". But it's quite fast and not v clear. People should enunciate properly when they sing.
It's by a female artist(s).
