it is just a list. The popular media are compiling pointless lists all the time. The Telegraph is currently running the 100 top lefties. I would guess this particular list is of Black people who are in a position of power, hence the name Black Power List.

what's wrong with a black power list? The only issue I have with it is that they had better be black and have power or else why put then on the list? Hey, I bet Tony Benn is looking to see where Ali G is on it? Did anyone see that interview?? Hilarious.
