This and other vehicle codes should be in your Service Record Book or loose in the cover of your documents pack. If lost give any R main dealer a call but you will need proof of ownership of vehicle ( Road Tax Form ) . Cost about £25 when I did this for a Vauxhall. Answer by phone in 24 hrs with replacenent Codes Card by post in 72 hrs.
