What a very pleasant afternoon we have had

Went to a little village pub, reminicent of the Woolpack in Emmerdale, it had a woodburning fire which glowed merrily on an otherwise gloomy rainy day!
There were 6 of us, 3 couples and biy did we put the world to rights, from the economy , holidays, racism, bad mothers, means tested 'middle class' having family allowance, you nam it, and we covered it, very healthy debate, each listening to the others point of view.
