I know it's only fictitious, but the script writers are just so ignorant of how schools are run, what you can and can't do, LEA'S, etc. The whole thing is getting to me now!!! I watch it and am driving Mr LL nutty complaining about all the mistakes whilst I am supposedly enjoying watching it.
I used to quite like it. It is totally ridiculous now!
Anyone agree?

Can't get into that game Jno. Sorry. To complicated for my simple mind.
Love the school photo Neti. I can't find the one I was looking for of me at school,
Don't know where it's got too. I had what My Mum called 'bunches, just tied back with ribbons. At least looking for it has made me sort my photos out.
Brilliant suggestion Robi. Of course I can paint (or my decorator can) over the kitchen wallpaper. No problem. White emulsion and a can of gloss JD ! That's my next project.
Neti, we might have been the the Festival of Britain in Battersea on the same day. Remember, I went on that Big Dipper.

Hi Shaney, it isn't slow(er than anything else) for me but if it is for you, it might have something to do with tomorrow's fixes and upgrades. See Editor's Blog.
Where is this place called AOL Jude, I suddenly remembered I've got some unfinished business there, except I have no idea what AOL is he he he. (Seriously though I do love Siberian Huskies and similar breeds.)
been laughing my head off at this http://i52.tinypic.com/de4lu1.jpg

Ooops I did it again didn't I - said 'pants' when I meant 'trousers'. Move to America the lot of you, that'll stop me from saying the wrong word. He he. Baggy trousers instead of Baggy House, that's what I was trying to get Tarquin to believe your only wish was, Robi. Aaanyhoo. Will he be more or less using his blog entries or is there a lot of writing to be done now?
My eldest sis and her husband have got a new dog (and they've still got the old one), a border terrier. He's twelve weeks old. The husband in the couple who had him first had previously suffered from some kind of asthmatic allergy and it was aggravated when they got the puppy. People tend to often use that as an excuse but it seemed genuine in this case.
The first owners named him Ozzy but sis doesn't like that, ha ha. They want something similar as the dog knows his name already and I've suggested Yoshi - that's what I would name my Siberian Husky if I thought I could give it all the exercise it would need, but I know that I can't, so they might as well have the name. But B-I-L isn't too keen on it. My second best suggestion is Mossie. Any other suggestions, please?

Listened to a great programme earlier on with Jamie Cullum talking to Clint Eastwood about Jazz. It's continued next week. I thought Clint was just a film director and actor. but he's really into Jazz very much and was very funny at times.
My dogs names were not very original Kit. Shep and Cindy. A border collie cross and a Scotch Collie.
Roast chicken and all the trimmings sounds lovely Neti even at this time of night. At this time though if I'm hungry I have Special K or rice cakes. I;m going to make mushroom soup tomorrow à la Lottie's recipe. (See what I did there Kit).
I'm really tired now so I;m off. Good night all Sleep Well.
Later 'gater(s)
PS What has happened to Dolly and where's the Hippy gone?

well, maybe, Lottie - he didn't treat his girlfriend all that well, as I recall.

I've had problems with this site lately shaney & added to my lack of patience at the moment I've done a fair bit of foofawing (or whatever Jude calls it :o))
I've got plenty of money/time saving diy tips Jude, your decorator will have that done in no time. Tell him you want all the inner squares done in a contrast colour and watch his face :o)...How did you manage to sneak a naked man in here? I want one...does he mow lawns?
Love the pic Sweedie....I like the name Ozzy...how about Fozzie? :o). Apparently if your dog's name has 'ie' sound on the end of it it doesn't matter what the first bit is as it's the last syllable that they respond to...I don't know if it's true. Charlie doesn't react to any name, he's his own boss. :o)

Morning / afternoon, have just spent an exhausting 3hrs in the big city of Ibiza, I was still looking for venetian blinds (none) and boots in tomorrow, so wasted most of my money on rubbish, it's an illness got money, gotta spend! Have a free spanish bus pass so at least I was frugal there!!
Still very hot and sweaty here, am off to pool before I tackle anything housewise!!
