last internet session ended unexpectedly

whenevr i go on the internet, the same message comes up, your last internet session ended unexpectedly and gives two options, go to your homepage or restore last session. But they both go straight to my homepage.

And the message comes up even if i chose to close the interent last time.

Why does the itnernet come up with it everytime and why do both options have the same result and how can i stop it?

How can I connect two computers to internet.
