According to the Lonely Planet Guide Wolverhampton has been placed fifth worst place on earth ranking with Chennai in India, Detroit. Accra in Ghana, Seoul and Los Angeles. Is this fair!! We are upset as we have a Wolverhamptonian in our family, granted he did live there 20yrs ago!!
