I have had a loan of the DVD Michael Collins from my boss for a couple of months and thought I should watch it as he raved about it.

I watched 15mins and I just couldnt get into it at all.

I started watching Slumdog Millionaire and couldnt get into that either.

Are they too highbrow for me -should I just stick to my fave 'Grease' and such like:)

Anyone else have problems getting into a film and which one -o and the accents -that takes me ages as well.

I am a hopeless case really !!

Know what you mean Dris, Slumdog millionaire doesn't even take my fancy, I recorded it and ended up deleting it without watching it to make room for something else. I knew I would never get into the mood to want to watch it.

The Saw films took me by surprise tho, I put off watching the first one for years thinking it was just the same ol' thing but watched it when it was on TV last year and got hooked with all of them!!!! 1&2 were definately the best ones but not seen 6 yet (don't like going to the cinema) but am getting it as soon as it comes on on DVD in March!

I'm getting quite excited about Vacancy being on tonight, hope I'm not disappointed!
