Admittedly you don't want to be full to bursting/wanting to puke point (so my home made nachos are off the menu) but you want enough in there to give you energy and make you feel warm. It's hard getting in the mood when your bits are freezing cause all you ate at dinner was a lettuce leaf and smelt the mints on your way out.
