What is the appearance fee for participation on the Tricia show or is there another reason why people want to appear?

They're just desperate to get their pimply fizzogs on the telly. I think they'd pay her if they had to. (I don't know whether there's a fee, but they're almost certainly put up in a nice hotel.)
