Name the instrument

What is the name of the chinese string instrument used at 7-15 seconds and onwards from 26 seconds?
The piece starts with a gong, a couple of chimes and then, what sounds like, a 2 or 3 stringed instrument.

I think it may be an Er-hu which is a 2 stringed Chinese violin. There is a picture of one near to the bottom of this page. Third pic down.
