More and more I am getting this message

For the past half hour I have been trying to get onto Wikipedia trying as many ways as I know how, but I cannot get on it. Each time I get this oops message.
Do you know why and what I can do about it please?

Just a thought, and I don't know if it will solve your problem, but I posted a question on this site at the weekend as roughly 50% of the time I was trying to navigate Answerbank I was getting the message; 'IE cannot open the site - operation aborted'. Someone very helpfully suggested installing Firefox as my default browser instead,since which doing I have had very few problems.
