Believe it or not I am still battling to get nearly £600 from low cost holidays paid on MasterCard, the cheeky gits say Mr Wilson did not take up the offer of an alternative flight and so has forfeited any refund !
The alternative flight was only 6 days later making our Christmas holiday an 8 day one instead of a 14 day break!
The flight was cancelled due to no crew to fly the bloody thing , we got a refund from them, low cost are arrogantly saying "Your accommodation was still there"
Be warned when using Internet sites for booking your hols peeps
