Have you ever met a world sporting superstar? A legend? Perhaps the best ever in their field?

On Tues 25th May I will be meeting one of the biggest names ever in world sport, no other than the great Jack Nicklaus. He is coming to our course and we really are looking forward to meeting him. I can't wait! Who have you met? Anyone as famous?

Wow, that will be good! I can't say I've ever met a world champion myself of any sort.

I met Tanni Grey-Thompson and her family in a lift on a cruise ship, and they were very nice and chatty.

I have also met alison nicholas several times (she is the solheim cup captain, former lpga golfer)

About 10yrs ago while waiting for a flight out of Birmingham, I met Sir Bobby Charleton, he seemed quite happy to sign autographs, talk to fans etc. We chatted for a few minutes mainly about football then his flight was called and off he went. Came over as a OK type of guy

when I was a teenager (a couple of years ago..) I worked in Boots, and served Ray Clemence and Glenn Hoddle.

not sure that they were ever "biggest names" but hey!

One or two, most famous likely to be Sir Jackie Stewart 3 times F1 champ, but folk in one of my sports motorcycle trials met many of them Dougie Lampkin 13 times world champ, his old man Martin another world champ and many others when i think about it. When you are into minority sports it happens that way.

Met Wayne Gretzky's dad does that count?? (wayne is the greatest ice hockey player to pull on skates)
