With the World Cup just around the corner, millions of England fans will already be booking time off of work and arranging where they will be watching the tournament unfold.

Many will stay at home and watch the England games, but a large proportion of supporters will be hitting the bars and clubs of the UK to watch with a group of friends and enjoy a couple of beers at the same time.

Although this World Cup revelry may seem like a harmless activity, it will be safe to say that a number of fans will be taking their cars to the pub and driving back home in them again, even if they are over the limit.

We'd like to know where you will be watching the World Cup games this year, and whether you plan o having a drink or not!

Thank you!

Ed

I will watch as many matches as I can, some in the Pub, some at home...Roll on the 11th June.
We have already bought 4 asstd cases of beer and two cases of wine only one of cider though will we need to replenish supplies at half time?

There will be three of us after all...(all females)
where is the

"in the pub behind the bar serving beer "

option????

forgetting about us poor bar wenches are we??
You Barmaids are highly regarded mccfluff, if I was watching World Cup in your Pub I'd buy you a drink :-)
why thank you Red
I will probably be out with my girlfriends and drinking!!!!!

It is much too much football to take in!
Got my t-shirt ready to go up the pub and sing some chants with the lads
I don't care one way or another, not my cup of tea.
Fortunately none of my family like football,so we will be doing other things.
I'll either be watching at home (I have a week off between Monday 14th June and Sunday 20th June - I am going to Manchester on the 16th so I doubt I'll get to see any games that day) or I'll be at work. I'll have to follow the scores on my mobile during my lunch break. The third England game is on Wednesday 23rd so I expect to be at work.

I don't drink alcohol at all.
This is slightly off-topic; but, the bars in Toronto are being allowed to open one hour earlier in order to "accomodate" the soccer fans. They will open at 10am instead of the usual 11am because of the time difference between SA and here. Stupid as far as I'm concerned: the fans can't wait an hour for a drink?
Im looking forward to it very much -all the games ;)
I am mightily disgruntled, I booked the first week of the finals off ages ago, about february I think, but on tuesday this week the manager decided I had to go and cover another store that week and so asked me to change my week, I've not actually agreed to do that yet, good job I wasn't booked to go away : ((
I love the World Cup :-)
Will watch every game and will keep filling in my wall chart, like I always have done.
Some games I'll go up the pub but most I'll watch at home with the nipper.
Think Spain will win and we'll go out on penalties as usual.

By the way Dris it must be great for you and your fellow Scots having 31 teams to support! ;-)
x
hahahahaha S -least we know we're broccoli :) x
I'm toying between Spain and Argentina but I have to say as long as the Media and supporters allow England to go into the World Cup without the hype and the added stress which that brings they will go far.I dont think they'll win but they'll do you proud.x
Doesn't interest me at all. Am sick of hearing about it
I watch all the England games at my brothers home. No drinking at all.
