I only watch the show every now and then so can someone please answer these questions:

With the introduction of Lois Lane, does this affect the original comicbook timeline?

And what happened to the character Pete?

Petes mum became the DA of Metropilis so Pete moved there with her.


The timeline isnt affected because smallville doesnt follow the comic book timeline as in the comics Lex doesnt meet Clark until he moves to Metropilis plus the character Chloe Sullivan never existed in the comics.
