Come Dine With Me

Having to rest due to a fractured arm I am continually watching daytime tv. Come Dine With Me (from Preston) shown on Ch.4 today was an absolute classic. Love it, love it, love it. Repeats are also shown on Disc.Real Time. I prefer to watch them one after another rather than day by day. Who agrees/disagrees and why? (just curious)

I love Come Dine with Me! Was it the one with the annoying girl who falls asleep?? Its a classic set of contestants that one!

\jb190281 - yes, loved it when she did a runner from the guy who wanted all the limelight but met his match with her and Nigel (the winner).

jb190281 well remembered you are totally correct.
Bertiwooster - I agree, Dave Lamb makes the programme. He did an itelephone nterview on Radio 2 a couple of weeks ago and he sounds really different.

denby, i think ive seen every Come Dine with Me ever broadcast, but not all are as memorable as that one!

My two favourites are, from a very old series, the hooray Henrietta who had all the food delivered through the kitchen window from her local bistro, her only contribution was disposing of the wrappings, and, more recently, the stupid woman who let her snake crawl over the tanble and it poo-ed almost on a guest's plate!

i love this too. I love the contestants who really think they're something, and go on and on all week about how they are going to win, and then they turn out to be utter tripe!!
