If you watched the BBC2 programme Saturday 29th January about the alleged murder of Ivan the Terrible, did you recognise the piece of music played at the end of the programme and intermittently throughout? I have heard it in other programmes about Tsarist Russia. Any ideas of its name?

I didn't see the programme, but a possible guess is Te Montagues and The Capulets (Romeo & Juliet) by Prokofiev.  It's very strident and often gets used for Russian triumphant-type stuff.

Having said that, I didn't seen the prog so I may be barking up the wrong tree!

Good luck...
