In the scene during the cocktail party, does anyone know what song is played? It's kind of Lynard Skynardy if that's any help, cheers.

I can't remember the music in the scene, but according to IMDb Steppenwolf's "Magic Carpet Ride" was featured in the film, which might be the track you mean. (Don't really know much about either band, so they might not sound at all similar!)
