What's the 70s sci fi film

A scientist holds a secret formula to energy production and some agent is after him. The scientist wears a silver mask and I remember near the end scene he is with his girlfriend on a ocean liner looking overboard at the ocean waves then exclaimed excitedly to his girlfriend ' look, look <the girls name> it's energy can you see it?'

I think is a late 70s sci fi thriller, not sure what the film is called. Anyone know the film?

Thank for the quick answer kujawski, but I don't think is that film. I remember the main character wears a silver mask and a blue jump suit throughout the movie and is on the run from agents.

"Who?" had a guy in a silver mask, though the rest may not match.

It does sound like "Who?" with Elliot Gould but I can't remember much of it. I think the Character's name is Lucas Martino.
