i dont know if it was in the 80s or 90s..probably early 90s. It was about a little boy, and he went to the milkyway once in a rocket or something and he had a friend..i think it was an alien. he used to wear a nappy. thats all i can really remember.

Does anyone know what this cartoon was?

While i'm struggling to remember the name of the Cartoon.I'm sure the baby was called Max.Max may have even been in the title of the cartoon.
